We are in the middle of Football playoff season and gearing up toward the big game in February. I know that I enjoy having good eats while watching a good game. It makes it so much more fun. I was trying to think of some quick and easy Game-Day recipes to make when I thought Hormel® Chili would be perfect to make up some chili cheese cups in no time. Plus they would make great Game-Day appetizer. They are a great finger food and have an amazing flavor.
These quick & easy Chili Cheese Cups can be ready to eat in less than 15 minutes they are that easy! They also only have 3 ingredients which makes prep time next to nothing. In addition to being great Game-Day appetizers they are also wonderful for school lunches, after school snacks and quick dinners on the run. Once they are cooked you can just pick them up and go.
You will need:
1 can pop-open buttermilk biscuits
1 can Hormel Chili ( any flavor you like)
3/4 cup shredded cheese (any flavor)
Greased muffin tin
Pre-heat your oven to 400. Roll out a biscuit into a circle and gently press into a muffin tin. Spoon 2-3 TBL of Hormel chili into the biscuit cup. Sprinkle with 1 TBL cheese. Bake at 400 for 7-8 minutes or until the biscuit is lightly browned and the cheese melted.

Quick & Easy Chili Cheese Cups
