With the weather turning cooler easy 3 bean crockpot chili becomes one of our favorite meals. It is so easy to make and so good to eat. I love that I can throw it together in the morning and have it cooking in the slow-cooker all day to develop a wonderful flavor.
We love to serve ours with corn chips, sour cream and cheese, but my Jiffy Skillet Cornbread is also a great option. This is one of my favorite meals to fix on an Saturday also. I throw it together in the morning, we go out and enjoy some fun in the mountains and then come home to a nice hot meal that is ready to eat.
Another great thing about this recipe is that I can have all the ingredients on hand in the pantry or freezer so I know I can make it whenever I get the urge. I usually make it with ground turkey, but you can substitute ground beef if you prefer. I hope you enjoy this favorite meal of our family this Fall.
