Ginger Cookies

a wonderful old-fashioned soft and chewy cookie full of molasses and ginger flavor! Ginger cookies will become a family favorite.

I have decided to share with you an old family recipe with you today.  My mom makes ginger cookies every year and they are fabulous.  Typically I like a chocolate cookie, but once I start eating these, I am hooked.  They have a wonderful, old-fashioned flavor that is incredible.  They are soft and moist with a perfect texture.  My mom has shared this recipe with many people and it has quickly become a favorite with them.  It has become a legend in our church congregation.  Please try this recipe, you will not be disappointed.
