The Princess Spy, written by Melanie Dickerson, is a wonderful story. I enjoyed reading all the intrigue that was found in it. The story opens up very well and introduces each character so that you truly get to know them and what is going on in their lives. It is a complex story with many twists and turns. It has wonderful adventure in it that I enjoyed reading. I did feel that the book ended rather abruptly though. As I thought I was in the middle of the adventure, when things were just about to get really good, I found it was winding down. The climax of the story came too soon and was too short in my opinion. It was a great story that had a lot to tell between the middle and the end. A little disappointing because I was enjoying the book so much. Still worth the time to read.
