Every morning and evening around our house you can hear the call “Do a spectacular job brushing your teeth!” Our teeth are something we use everyday, so it is of the utmost importance to do a good job caring for them. We highly encourage good brushing and flossing habits from everyone in our family. I know that if my teeth are happy, I am happy.
Even though we practice good oral hygiene, I still have a couple of teeth that are super sensitive. I have one tooth in the front, on the bottom, that is so cold sensitive that just breathing in heavily on a cool morning it sets my nerves on edge. Eating ice cream or anything cold on that tooth can cause excruciating pain. If you have any tooth sensitivity, you know that it can cause you to jump out of your chair and squeal like a little girl. That’s why I was so excited to discover the Colgate Sensitive Toothbrush and Sensitivity Pen at my local Kroger store. I have been wanting to find some sort of relief for my tooth sensitivity and this product seemed like just the thing.
The birds are singing and the weather is warming up, which means that I will be wanting to enjoy refreshing cold treats. I was excited to see if the Colgate Sensitive Toothbrush and Sensitivity pen could help me enjoy refreshingly cold, frozen goodies without experiencing the awful pain of the cold hitting that tooth. The brush has super soft bristles that are designed specifically for sensitive teeth and gums. The Sensitivity Pen has a great design. You simply twist the knob at the bottom and then apply the gel to your sensitive area and gently massage it in for 1 minute. After you are done, the Sensitivity pen simply fits into the handle of the toothbrush nice and neat. The Actis Enamel Pen blocks sensitivity at the source of pain, so you simply: Brush, Apply, Go. The first time I put on the gel I thought I was going to shoot through the roof it hurt so bad. But after massaging for a minute, the pain dissipated. Now when I apply it I don’t have that same problem.
I have been using the Colgate Sensitive Toothbrush and Sensitivity Pen for 3 days and I wanted to see if it was working and if I was gaining improvement. One of my favorite things to do is sit on our back porch and watch the kids play while enjoying a little snack. Today, I choose something cool and refreshing to test my cold sensitivity.
I was a little nervous at first biting into my fudge pop. I didn’t want to experience searing pain while enjoying me snack. I was pleasantly surprised. My pain, while not completely gone, was much, much less and made my little treat so much more enjoyable. I have only been using the Colgate Sensitive Toothbrush and Sensitivity pen for only 3 days and have seen so much improvement. I can’t wait to see what a few more days of using it will do.
Many Kroger stores have digital coupons to help you save money on the Colgate Sensitive Toothbrush and Sensitivity pen. What cold treat would you like to enjoy after using the Colgate Sensitive Toothbrush and Sensitivity Pen?
