Yesterday my kids and I made “Easter Rolls” These were quick, easy, fun and DELICIOUS to eat.
I simply took a tube of “pop-open” butter milk biscuits. The kind that come in a 4-tube pack. Stretch the biscuit dough over a large marshmallow and then pinch the edges together. I then rolled the biscuit in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes. (Put a piece of parchment paper on your cookie sheet to make the clean up MUCH easier. These make a sticky mess)
Here is a picture of a finished roll. The roll represents the empty tomb after Christ was resurrected.
