How do you make homemade Italian Soda?
Fill a 16 oz glass half way with crushed ice
Pour 2 TBL of your favorite flavor syrup over the ice. You can mix flavors. For my soda I used Mango and Guava syrups. It was delicious.
Pour chilled seltzer water over the ice and syrup until just about to the top of the glass. Don’t pour too fast or it will fizz up and over flow.
Gently stir and enjoy with a straw.
