Skinny Spice Pumpkin Muffins

September 24, 2013 By Kallee 15 Comments

Fall is here which means that baking season has begun!  I love to make baked treats this time of year.  They make the house smell wonderful, they taste delicious and my home feel comfy and cozy.  However, I do also need to watch how much I eat so I can up with this fabulous recipe for skinny spice pumpkins muffins.

These muffins are absolutely incredible.  They are super quick to fix, require only two ingredients, taste wonderful, plus they are only 120 calories for a regular sized muffin!  I whipped these up today between volunteering, laundry and giving piano lessons.  They made the house smell so yummy.  In fact, if you just want to have your house smelling like Fall, whip up a batch of these muffins.  Enjoying the amazing spicy-pumpkin scent reminds me that Fall is finally here.  I will definitely be making these again!

I love that it’s only two ingredients! I saw someone else make it as pumpkin bread instead… it seems so easy I’m going to try it both ways! Thanks for the great idea. 🙂
