Greek Yogurt Smoothie

a delicious and refreshing, protein packed smoothie.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 individual cup greek yogurt use your favorite flavor
  • 3/4 cup frozen fruit blueberries, peaches, strawberries, etc
  • 1/2-1 cup milk


  1. Add first 3 ingredients to the blender
  2. add milk according to the thickness you desire and blend well.
  3. This is sweet enough for me, but you could add sugar if desired.
