No Bake Pumpkin Bars

No need to heat up the oven for these delicious pumpkin bars

  • 1 10 oz bag Large Marshmallows
  • 1 15 oz can Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping
  • 4 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted


  1. In a large saucepan cook the marshmallows and pumpkin over medium heat

  2. stir often until melted and combined together

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg

  4. Let cool until just warm

  5. Meanwhile prepare the crust

  6. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a medium bowl

  7. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture to sprinkle on top of the pumpkin mixture

  8. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan

  9. Once the pumpkin mixture is cooled fold in the whipped topping

  10. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust

  11. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs

  12. Chill covered in the fridge for several hours or overnight
