  • 2/3 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 cup oatmeal (quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 4 TBL Honey
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 TBL Cocoa powder


  1. Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl

  2. Mix together until well incorporated

  3. Roll into 1 inch balls

  4. Place on a tray lined with waxed paper

  5. refrigerate 1-2 hours until firm

  6. Store in a covered container in the fridge for 2 weeks
