Crunchy and full of pumpkin pie spice flavor. A homemade Granola sweetened with honey, molasses and chocked full a fall favorites like pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and pumpkin puree.
Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees
In a large bowl combine the oats, pecans, pepitas, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves
Stir well to combine everything, making sure the spices are well distributed
In a medium bowl combine the wet ingredients: Honey, molasses, vanilla and pumpkin puree
Whisk the wet ingredients together until well combined
Pour the wet mixture over the dry and stir until all the dry ingredients are moist and everything is well combined
Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat
Bake for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Bake the granola until it is browned to your preference
Remove from the oven and stir in any dried fruit if you like
Let cool to room temperature and store in an air tight container.
