I try and exercise at least 5 days a week. My best time to do so is in the mornings, right after I get the kids to school and before my shower. Greek Yogurt Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 individual cup greek yogurt use your favorite flavor
- 3/4 cup frozen fruit blueberries, peaches, strawberries, etc
- 1/2-1 cup milk
- Add first 3 ingredients to the blender
- add milk according to the thickness you desire and blend well.
- This is sweet enough for me, but you could add sugar if desired.
